Dune Lake (Nenana) Jan 29 ride

Upcoming Dune Lake (Nenana) ride. This ride is scheduled on Sunday January 29th. If you would like to caravan down to Nenana, meet at Just-a-Store and plan on departing at 8:30 AM. The other option is to meet at the A-frame gas station in Nenana and be ready to depart at 10:00am. (There is a large parking area next to the station) This is the starting place for out trip by snow machine.
The trip is estimated to be 70 miles round trip. Most of the ride will take place on the Telegraph trail. The trail is usually groomed and flat, so this would make an excellent beginner ride.
The owners of the Alaska Fun Center have a cabin at the lake. If they are present, we have a place to warm up in. They advised the fishing is excellent in the lake, so bring your fishing gear.
