Old Business:
Roger Burns maintains the SnowTraveler’s Sled Line. The password to get in to change the information is XXXX. Paul and Crystal have the contact information for Roger.

Newsletter - Crystal hasn’t done a summer newsletter before. We are thinking mid-July for the summer version. Anyone with content for the newsletter should send the text and pictures to Crystal or post them online and let her know. July 15 is the deadline for the summer issue.
* Heather needs to send out reminder email about deadline - include Crystal’s email address. Peter will write up and send Crystal the Memorial Day ATV ride.

The mini-snowmachines are in Jody’s shed and are covered by insurance.

Larry is still working with IRS on the 5013c old application. It is currently in the IRS hands to do further research as the check was cashed.

Trail Commission’s next meeting is the Pioneer Park June 12th and it is open to the public. Presentations on the Isberg to Tanana portion and the Small Wood portion of the 100 mile loop work needed. They are still working on multi-use.

Peter did research on storage locations. He found $110 a month for heated storage. There is also the cost of insurance. There are a 120 helmets, totes of supplies and the mini-snowmachines. Further research needs to be done on perhaps a toy trailer or other container type storage. The Kids Fun Lions over by Greer tank has mentioned that they would be willing to host a container.

The Memorial Day weekend geocaching introduction went very well.

The BLM document that, in addition to other things, would reduce the weight for ATVs time frame has been extended. It is unknown at this time when it would be put into effect.
The Borough’s parks and recreation department had a $250,000 budget reduction.

Jody is working with the Army Corp of Engineers in regards to Rhondy. She’ll be putting together a spreadsheet with tasks and deadlines.

Club Card: Jody will email new logo to Peter. New cards will be printed up yearly and will have an expiration date of one year.

ALCAN 200 contacted Charlie. It is a road race and this is their 47th year racing out of Haines. The race is 200 miles long. Charlie will get more information on what they would want from us. Race is held in January (January 18 & 19 2013.)

What are the Club Card's for ? Will this be for all paid members or just the board?
