January 7, 2016 Board Meeting Minutes

Meeting held at Noel Wien Library beginning at 18:15.
Board members present; Tim Berg, Myles Thomas, Larry Morris, Dave Oliver
Financial information, regular savings 1486.66, life membership savings 1330.47, checking 1413.30.
Tim will be writing a current presidents corner for the web site and will include a call for members to be included for write in candidates in the upcoming elections this month. The current ballot includes; Stoney Robertson, Kim Reel, Dave Oliver, Jody Nolan, Steve Nolan and Larry Morris.
Discussed ride for this Saturday the 9th. Stoney was unable to attend board meeting due to trail conditions of the proposed ride at 45 mile Chena Hot Springs road.
The printing of the newsletter to be in Kim Reels hands, will be looking into a printer/ copier to handle that task.
Discussion of the upcoming Tolovana trip has been confirmed and will be a go.
Shawn Osborne will be speaking at the January general membership meeting. He will be talking about the new sign in process for access on military lands.
