Opening
The meeting of the Fairbanks Snow Travelers Board Meeting was called to order at 6:56pm on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 2500 Old Chena Ridge Rd, Fairbanks, AK.

Dan Cryer, Diane Cryer, Mike Canady, Melinda Harris, Sarah Nelius
Financial Report
The CD and Savings are the same as last time. Five new members signed up recently so a deposit was made of $125 and we paid $311 for the website domain and storage.
Old Business
1. Website re-design idea: have a link to all the history of the club so it is not lost.
2. Recent Rides
a. Lake Louise was great so Dan booked 3 rooms and the bunkhouse for March 11-13, 2025
b. Styles Creek trail was bumpy and beautiful
c. MaClaren Lodge was very challenging due to winds and flat light. Dan booked it for March 18-20, 2025

1. Upcoming Rides
a. April 6 – Caribou Lake – Mike Canady leads
b. April 13 – Dunkle Mine – Mike Canady leads
2. Summer ATV rides
a. May 18 – Cache Creek – Dan leads
b. May 25-27 – Livengood – Memorial Day Weekend End of Snow Machine season, Beginning of ATV season Campout and Cookout – the Club will provide hotdogs and hamburgers Saturday evening & the rest of the meal will be potluck.
c. June 8 – Rex Trail, near Clear and Anderson
d. June 22 – Donnelly Dome
e. July 4-7 – Valdez Creek – Dan and Mike C lead
f. July 20 – 1408 Alaska Hwy
g. July 26-28 – Eagle Summit - Chris Wolter leads
h. Aug 3-4 – Nome Creek – Dan leads
i. Aug 17 – Red Rock
j. Aug 31-Sep 2 (Labor Day weekend)– Chicken/Eagle
k. Sept 14 – Mike Kelly/Compeau’s Trail
