Meeting Minutes
12-17-2024

Opening
The General Meeting of the Fairbanks Snow Travelers was called to order at 7:35pm on Wednesday, Dec 17, 2024 at Northern Power Sports, Fairbanks, AK.

Board Members Present
Dan Cryer, Diane Cryer, Mike Canady, Melinda Harris, Chris Wolter, Rich Doering

Financial Report
1. Large donation was a great help in making the Christmas party free for everyone
2. Alan Compare donated for his business. He does snow plowing, carpentry, etc.
3. Big Daddy catered the Christmas party for $872; Dan bought door prizes; rent for the Pleasant Valley Community Center was $100 if we left it as clean as we found it.

Old Business
1. The Christmas received good reviews. Almost everyone went home with a prize.
2. Members present today could vote for Board Members. Email voting will be open till the next General Membership Meeting Jan 15, 2025.
New Business
1. Upcoming Rides -See the Board Meeting Minutes for the list of upcoming rides. It is posted on the FST website. Watch Facebook for details.
2. This weekend’s ride is at the Chena Flood Control. Watch FB for time and other details.
3. Maybe we will have next year’s Christmas party later in the evening so business owners can join us after work.
