yoohoo, Happy New Year to all.

Bonfire was a great, not many folks showed up ;( but those of us that did enjoyed it.

The Cat Kitchen works great for cooking, even at 16 below :)

Sorry not many showed up, sounds like it would have been a good time and maybe I missed something but what is the Cat Kitchen?

I was impressed and surprised it did so well.

The Cat Kitchen = A BBQer mounted on a tow behind trailer. Basically a folding sled design with 6 foot ski's, it has a large bin for carrying food and a separate compartment for the 20# propane tank. A regular sized cooking rack and a single burner for a pan/pot.

We'll be towing it on some of our future outings, just as soon as the hitch is modified for our needs.

It's actually build by Arctic Cat, I believe they made them in late 80's and 90's.

I have a couple from the bonfire with Dean and others using it. Here's one of Dean and John M

Got a few pics in the photo album (2006/2007 season)
