Fairbanks Snow Travelers

OK, so we don't have a ride for Saturday but we do need to get wood (pallets, logs, whatever) hauled to Chena Lakes for the Bonfire.

I say we haul wood Sat and ride Sun, or haul wood Sat AM and ride Sat PM

Whos up to help ?

You are going to need a couple of big trailers if you plan on getting the pallets from Compeau's and don't forget we are only open Saturday from 10-4.

So if were there by say 10:00 were OK.

I need to know who all is going to help so we can set a meet time.

I also have crates to pickup from Norther Power and may try to get those, or whatever I can haul, tomorrow.

I am willing to help, but haven't heard where and what time we are supposed to meet.

Well, no one replied except REVITUP to tel me about the pallets at Compeaus and Dean to help if he's back in town in time, he's in Anchor Town in training.

But here's where I'm at, which isn't to good at the moment ::

We have, a couple trailer loads at Compeaus and 1 or 2 at Northern Power. These are mostly sled crates at NPS, bulky but burnable.

Then I figured I could also get a load from Altrol and around town at Wal-Mart, Sportsman, and some others.

Bad News :: My truck is acting up and I don't know as I trust it to make the trips.

No one else has offered to help :<( so I figured I was on my own with the exception of Dean. But I may not be able to haul any loads till I get my truck fixed.

Anyone willing to step up to the plate, please let me know NOW so I can make plans. I have to find a way to get the loads at Compeaus and NPS moved tomorrow or I'll have to ask them to be patient and try to do it next week after work after my truck is running better.

I hadn't made any plans to meet since I hadn't heard back from anyone who was willing to meet and bring a trailer along.

I can help. I have a pick-up but only a bumper hitch.

Larry call me. What size truck ?? 1/2 ton or 3/4 ?

You could pull my trailer and we could double up to get the pallets.
