So we all want to help out the community and some of us even make donations when were feeling generous, but now GVEA is going to "roundup" everyones monthly electric bill so they can give your money to the charity of "their" choice. I don't know about you, but I had to do some digging to find this and plan to Opt Out. Charities are great, when I want to donate to one of my personal choice, as there are some I wouldn't give to. But this process takes that option away, it goes to whoever GVEA approves to receive the money.
