Monday, Dec 24th Ride

The forecast claims it's suppose to warm up by Monday, so....
Let's meet at Chatanika Lodge at 10:00 AM, have breakfast and decide where to go from there.
I'll check the Cleary Summit and Poker Flat temp before I leave the house.

I was thinking if we left the lodge at 11:00 and went back to Cleary, maybe till about 5:00 or so.

This is "not" an official club ride, just a who wants to go get some miles on.
However, you should join up
I called Chatanika Lodge to let them know we'd be coming up with an unknown number of folks.
At 12:10 PM it was -2 below, now I can ride in those temps, better then the -36 below I have at the same time at my place.

We are planning to leave from the end of Gilmore @ 10am and head toward Cleary, may see you on the trail... We have late afternoon obligations..

The big Bearcat is loaded on the trailer and it is hooked to the pickup. Now if I can get up in the Morning?
And get my stuff packed

Hey John, I think you mean the Temp at Cleary is 2 above, not Chatanika.
Should be good riding up here today. I checked out the Fairbanks Creek Road beyond the unloading area and there weren't any vehicle tracks on it except snow machines.
