Just wanted to give you a heads up! We only have two rooms left, they have a bunk bed in each...single only single for that weekend you are scheduled. There is a big group here already and they just called asking what was left so if you have other club members that want to come with you, they might want to me a call quickly or at least let me know so I can fill in the rooms before someone calls and reserve them.

They had one room left and I went ahead and reserved it. Will work with whomever is going to make arraingements.

Since I did miss last years run I may just go with you

I'll would like to go. Will get with you at Novembers meeting if that's ok.

I want to go as well and plan on going but if there are no rooms available for that weekend is there an alternative? I don't know if I can make the Nov gen meeting due to knee surgery on the 17th
