Salcha Winter Trail Ride, March 18th

Upcoming Salcha Winter trail ride details. On Saturday March 18th, I will lead this ride departing from the Salchaket Roadhouse at 10:30am. There is parking behind the lodge and a large area about 200 feet beyond. There is a $5 parking charge for the day. The trail is wide and groomed by the owners of cabins on the Salcha river. At the end of the groomed trail, we will start a fire on the Salcha river and roast hot dogs and marshmallows. I will bring some firewood but if you can help, it would be very nice. The total millage for this trip is 75 miles.
